Sager Creek Community Church is an Elder-led church. Our elders are charged with attending to the spiritual needs of the body. As individuals and as a group, our elders strive to devote themselves to prayer as they seek God’s direction for this body of believers.

Titus gives this clear instruction for elders: “He must hold firm to the trustworthy Word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it.” Titus 1:9 (ESV). Our elders embrace Titus’ encouragement and deeply desire to follow this path as they lead Sager Creek Community Church.

Deacons at Sager Creek give special attention to the physical and practical needs of our body, especially widows and those with physical limitations. The men who serve in this capacity have been prayerfully selected according to the Biblical requirements and have a servant's heart. "For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:45
